WRX 96-00 Pro-series Intercooler kit
Plazmaman 96 - 00 Intercooler kit.
Plazmaman developed , USA Tube and Fin cores that flow
a genuine 750 horsepower , with a total weight of only 5.5 kgs
End tanks are hand formed from sheet alloy and are
specially designed for the flow of the boxer motor.
We believed to be the most thermally efficient intercooler in its class.
CNC light weight aluminium mandrel bent tube,
Quality silicone and aero clamps ,
Finished in the trade mark Plazmaman mirror polished finish .
Also available all black for a stealth look.
As with all Plazmaman kits , they are thoroughly dyno and track tested
and make real horsepower . ( approx 13 hp@ wheels , std boost ) .

WRX 01 -05 Entry Level Intercooler kit
Plazmaman Street Pro series of intercooler kits are designed for the budget
minded that are after a bit more power and want the reliabilty with out blowing the budget .
This kit is supplied with 600x 300 x 76 mm bar and plate intercooler and
quality ( made to fit ) Plazmaman in - house mandrel bent aluminium piping - .
All kits come complete with Plazmaman high quality silicone ,
stainless aero hose clamps and bolts/straps to do it your self in less than 1 one day .
Various BOV adaptor to suit your size - 25 , 32 or 38 mm ( excludes flange types )

Full universal, the base and side ports are screw and push in .
What this means is , that if
you
purchase it now with OEM replacement style 25 / 25 mm inlet and outlet
in the future if you decide to go for more power and a bigger setup , you can simply purchase the upgrade larger
diametre 32 or 38 mm side and base fittings for more air flow .
Full adjustable top , compact 38mm piston . Precision engineered , strict quality controlled assembly .
Turn the top right down for a non-venting bov, which gives the fluttering, dose intake sounds, or out fully
for max venting and quiet induction noise.
( in this configuration, the open vent bov will be loud and a typical open bov sound,
while the plumb back bov will vent back into the intake and be super quiet)
The plumb back is great for stealth, quiet driving, then turn the bov's top to open up,
and hear the intake flutter & dose.
Can be fitted to any of our intercooler kits.
Available in stealth black , blue/silver or black/silver .
