All required design aspects have gone into the design of this product .
Whether it be a street based , everyday driven vehicle , club car , rally or full open throttle drag car - this manifold delivers.
The basic EVO inlet manifold from factory is well designed , it has long runners for bottom end torque ,
but lacks in plenum volume and has sharp port entry angles .
Plazmaman engineers have spent 18 months in designing and testing similar models
in all forms of domestic and international Motorsport .
The base runners are made in Australia from a PREMIUM grade alloy casting for superior strenght and smooth internal finish
We increase power and torque delivery by firstly lengthening the inlet runner by some
30 mm and then adding a 5 - 10 % larger port , with a smooth tappered style inlet ram tube .
There is a small gradual tapper , from start to finish of the inlet runner .
Careful attention was paid to tapper and runner length , so as to give the perfect balance
of throttle response , mid range torque and big top end power delivery above 9000+ rpms
Careful attention was paid to manifold dome design and shape . To make Horsepower ,
smooth free flowing entry angles and plenum designs are required
Plenum volume has been increased by some 300+ % - to 4.6 litres - this allows the 4G63
powerplant to handle bigger boost levels and rev freely to 9000+ rpm cycles .
Another major advantage of this design is the fact that the plenum volume can be varied to suit different applications
- the dome can be lowered or raised during construction to suit individual applications.
This manifold was designed to utilise the OEM fuel rail , idle motor , alternator bracket , fuel lines , injectors and throttle cable .
All bolt on , incl the full use of the OEM dip stick and location
The plenum has to utilise either a 66mm ( street recommendation ) or 72 mm ( race / big boost )
BILLET PLAZMAMAN PRO SERIES throttle body .
These are direct bolt on applications , and also utilise the OEM cable and
TPS switch ( aftermarket TPS can be adapted if required )
We also have available an adaptor piping kit to suit the OEM piping setup , also available is a full EVO SPEC R piping kit to unleash full power

A NEW PIPE IS AVAILABLE TO PLUMB UP OUR NEW PLENUM .
An after market FUEL RAIL will also be available SOON ,
