This kit is for those that dont mind cutting and welding the intercooler

 pipes to save some money, or just like to run the pipes their way.

Pipes are supplied that once cut and welded, will form the intercooler piping

to suit most turbo set ups that have been put together for EA EB & ED falcons.

Turbo to IC side (hot) is 2.5inch. A 2-2.5inch silicon reducer is included as most T04

sized turbo's have a 2in outlet, this will join the 2.5 inch piping.

IC to Throttle body side (cold) is 3inch piping. Three pipe bends, once cut and welded

go off and up ( around ABS module ) from the intercooler to the throttle body.

A 90degree 3inch silicon joiner is used to join the piping to the throttle body.

Suitable heavy duty Tbolt clamps are supplied to make solid, leak free joins.

 

A large, 600mm wide, 300mm high and 100mm thick bar & plate intercooler is supplied for

excellent cooling. A thinner, 75mm thick core is available as well.
